PBBC Mini Retreat at Raintree Mini Spa

A blissful spa day is a perfect treat you give yourself after a hectic schedule.

Some of the PBBC bloggers were lucky enough to get pampered at Raintree Spa. I along with Maliha, Mariyum and Jadirah, and two more who couldn't make it, had a perfect spa day.

It was my first time getting any service done from Raintree spa, however, I have been to the spa earlier for the Beauty Bloggers Meetup. First things first, as soon as you enter the main door of the Raintree Spa, you start getting the welcome to the spa feel and a feeling of being at tropical island, because of it's serene exterior and then the interior. Have a look:

As soon as I entered, I was first welcomed with a low background music with a burner at the reception. I always like my house smell good, with a nice relaxing fragrance and that's the reason I loved Raintree Spa. We were offered mint cooler along with a cute menu exclusively designed for PBBC bloggers to choose a treat of the day. Out of all, I picked manicure (a service about which I have heard a lot of rave reviews). If you have been to the spa, you must know how the manicure/pedicure room looks like, if not here is the view:
Relaxing while getting Manicure done
The room had dim lights, with soft instrumental music going on in the background which took me to an island in the middle of the sea [that's what I could recall off after I closed my eyes]. I was seated on a huge resting sofa and was offered tea/coffee. As soon as the manicure started, there came a lady with a tray with an iPod or cooling eye mask, I picked an eye mask - which was an extra treat for the eyes. The girl who was doing the manicure was professional, kept asking in a very low voice of how I wanted my nails, about the pressure while doing the massage and if while removing the dead skin it was hurting or not. Everything was done nicely that I didn't even feel a single pinch (which I feel at most of the salons).

After the manicure my hands felt clean, new, soft and so much relaxed. This has to be my second best manicure and spa for such services. I prefer a service should be done in a way after which results are visible and one should leave the place feeling relaxed, clean and happy about paying for it. I am definitely going to try some more spa services at the salon in the future as well.

Oh, and I also got my waxing done. I am VERY very picky about waxing. The place has to be clean and one should leave a place without getting bruised. The waxing area was clean, separate, and the wax was fine that it didn't feel like I had my waxing done.

All in all, it was a day well spent with the beauties at the spa. I totally recommend this blissful spa, which will make you a happy bunny while leaving.

Check out their Facebook page for updates. They are having 50% off deals till 10th July. Do call and check.

Which is your favorite Spa place? Where do you get your manicure/pedicures done from?

L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Caramel Mania - Toffee Delice [Review]

I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.

[Review] Krylon TV Paint Stick - Orange

Makeup not only enhances your features, but also hides your flaws too!
Hiding my dark circles and finding the RIGHT concealer for the under eye circles has always been a BIG task for me. I have tried quite a few concealers, from different brands; none of them matched or could hide my dark circles properly. Until I came across orange corrector by Krylon.
