I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.

Before and After
My experience:
First thing first, which ANYONE will notice is the fruity scent as soon as you open the box. That fruity scent is of the conditioner, which lingers in your hair till your next hair wash. The conditioner not only makes the hair soft, but also give some weight and volume to the hair, and make them look healthy, bouncy and shiny.

If you have previously used shampoo dyes, you know the steps of mixing, shaking and application. If not, the leaflet has all the info with the steps and how to use it. Shampoo dyes are the easiest to use, especially if they are ammonia free.

This was my third experience with L'Oreal Paris hair dye. I must say, this was the best of all the three I have used so far. First one was good too, but I was upset because of the shade. From Caramel Mania line, I received the shade Toffee Delice. The color came out really well, it gave toffee brown tint to my hair with a touch of caramelized shine (sounds so tempting). I dyed on my approximately 2-3 months old dyed hair. The color didn't come out as it is shown on the box, but  it didn't give a color I wanted with tint which shines in the sunlight. It's been almost 2 weeks I dyed my hair, and a couple of washes, the color is as fresh as it was after the first wash. It says on the box, it will last till 28 shampoos.

In the picture above, the before picture is from my previous L'Oreal hair dye done almost 2-3 months back, it slightly washed off. On top of that, I did ombre from L'Oreal Ombre Dip Dye Kit. Before I used this hair dye, my hair already had some shades of brown from ombre and I didn't use this dye over my ombre, I just used on the top till half way down. Check my previous post HERE to see how my hair was before I used L'Oreal Paris Caramel Mania.

The downside is, I noticed some color on my towel after the first wash, straight after the dye. So be careful, rinse very nicely and use a darker towel. However, it happened only for the first time, after that it was all good. The other thing I don't like about most of the shampoo dyes is that the color washes off. My previous hair color washed off too. I wish shampoo dyes stay put, instead of washing off.
The other problem with shampoo dyes is, the color is not as vibrant like other dyes. Nevertheless, I like it that way too, where you get a slight color to your hair. However, some might not like it that way.

All in all, I love the color it gave to my hair without drying them out. Plus, the ease of using and affordability. I will recommend to all those people who like to dye their hair at home, and are looking for nothing too drastic but just a tint. Oh, and the fruity scent that will linger in your hair.

Do you dye your hair? Which hair dye do you use?

The wedding season is on, some of you might be looking for good products to buy for yourself for your own wedding or for yourself to get ready for someone else's wedding. It is really hard to find good quality eyeshadows with affordable price. All this year I kept looking for a good eye shadow palette, but was unable to find one. I ended up buying single eye shadows.

Finally, I came to know about this palette through a blogger [Sara Hassan] who did a review about it on her blog. Seriously, after reading the reviews I was so excited to buy it. Thanks to her for sharing. I wouldn't have bought it if I would have seen it before the review.

So, without wasting the time, let me introduce you to my favourite palette :)
I am in love with this palette. It has all you need. I was looking for so many colours which I found in it. I am really excited to have this palette, and it is my first ever BIG palette. Colours like carbon black, warm browns, pinks, greens are the ones I love the mos…
