Luscious Cosmetics Angel Eyes Eyeshadow Primer/Base - Nude [Review & Swatch]

The question I get to hear and asked the most is, how to make an eyeshadow last longer without creasing? Girls with oily lids always face the issue of creasing and fading of an eyeshadow. Some more questions related to the same topics are, what is one thing that can be used easily, has staying power, is affordable and most importantly easily available in Pakistan.

When I posted the picture of Luscious Cosmetics Angel Eyes Eyeshadow Primer/Base on my Facebook page and asked my readers what they are expecting and wish, they said:
Wajiha Sajid: "I wish this would be the alternative of UD primer."
Sadia Yakoob: "I wish too."

Is it an alternative to a high-end primer? Is it worth buying? Is it good enough? All the questions are answered in the post below.

Luscious Cosmetics Angel Eyes Eyeshadow Primer/Base - Nude

Luscious Cosmetics describe Angel Eyes Eyeshadow Primer/Base:
The guardian angel for your eye makeup! A smooth, lightweight, and matte formula that creates the perfect canvas for long lasting eye makeup application. Glides onto the eyelids without dragging and acts like a magnet for eye shadow and eye liner, ensuring true and vibrant color results that stay in place without creasing.

Swatch - Blended
My experience:
I cannot agree more with the description Luscious Cosmetics has given about the product. Starting with the product this time, it is a lightweight formula in nude/skin color that neutralizes the eyelids. The texture is thick and creamy, and covers up any discoloration on the eyelids giving a smooth canvas to paint the eyeshadow on. The non-sticky formula makes it easy to blend, unlike some primers that are sticky, watery and hard to work with. It is a matte finish primer, that works like a dream and give excellent results. It is a life saver, especially for oily lids.

I was amazed to see the results of the eye shadow that never looked good, true to the color, always creased and faded with an hour of application - actually looked good and stayed true to the color for 4 to 5 hours when it was applied over the Angel Eyes Eyeshadow Primer/Base. It looked vibrant in the single swipe and made the blending of the shadow easier.

Moving on to the packaging, it comes in a purple nozzle top tube, that looks like mini lip gloss. The nozzle gives the control over the product, reduces the chances of wasting the product and getting contaminated. A tiny pop of dot is all you need for one eyelid.

I am VERY pleased with the results, and will definitely recommend every girl to give it a space in their makeup stash, especially girls with oily lids.

Glamourous Face 48+48 Eye shadow Palette [Review]

The wedding season is on, some of you might be looking for good products to buy for yourself for your own wedding or for yourself to get ready for someone else's wedding. It is really hard to find good quality eyeshadows with affordable price. All this year I kept looking for a good eye shadow palette, but was unable to find one. I ended up buying single eye shadows.

Finally, I came to know about this palette through a blogger [Sara Hassan] who did a review about it on her blog. Seriously, after reading the reviews I was so excited to buy it. Thanks to her for sharing. I wouldn't have bought it if I would have seen it before the review.

So, without wasting the time, let me introduce you to my favourite palette :)
I am in love with this palette. It has all you need. I was looking for so many colours which I found in it. I am really excited to have this palette, and it is my first ever BIG palette. Colours like carbon black, warm browns, pinks, greens are the ones I love the mos…

L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Caramel Mania - Toffee Delice [Review]

I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.
