Is Ather Shahzad Master Makeup Palette one of those?

My experience:
Starting with the packaging, the first thing anyone will notice is the black flip magnet cardboard packaging, which is sturdy and travel friendly with Ather Shahzad signature on it, making it unique in it's own way. The next thing after opening the palette is the amazing color selection of the 48 eye shadows, 4 blushers, 2 highlighters and a mirror - a travel friendly package.

Moving on to the eyeshadows, the palette has a mixture of velvety/shimmery and matte shadows. From fun spring colors to earthy tones for fall. shimmery/frosty/velvety shades being 'SHIMMERY' are pigmented, blendable and stay put. Matte shades being 'MATTE' and not so friendly, are chalky, has fall-outs and are not so pigmented compared to the shimmery eyeshadows. Whereas one of the shade doesn't even swatch (as you can see in the swatches - 1st row) even with the wet brush. While you drooled over the amazing color selection, some of the matte eyeshadows disappoint you. I'm glad my favorite matte colors in the palette are pigmented enough to be used, even though they are a tad bit chalky, but does show up when applied.

Moving on to the other side of the palette consisting of 2 gorgeous highlighters and 4 blushers, another good selection of colors. Starting with the highlighters, "01 highlighter" is a bronzy shade with gold sheen - perfect for sun kissed glow. It is pigmented with good staying power and can also be used as a bronzer. However, "02 highlighter" which is in hues of pink is not as pigmented enough and does not show up so well on me. You'll notice a very slight color after building it up and will fade away in no time.
3 blushers out of 4 are matte, which I like. And those 3 blushers out of 4 are pigmented. Shade "02 Blush" is less or say NOT pigmented, is chalky and doesn't show up so well on me even after building it up. The other three are pigmented and stays put for 2 - 3 hours on me and then starts fading. The good thing is, they all are buildable and blendable. "01 Blush" is a peachy pink shade with slight sheen, reminds me of NARS 'Deep Throat'. "02 Blush" is a barbie pink, "03 Blush" is a matte hot pink and "04 Blush" is a gorgeous matte plum shade. All the colors of the blush compliments the shades of Ather Shahzad Master Lip palettes.

- Great eyeshadows & blush color selection.
- Shimmery shades are pigmented.
- Mixture of matte & shimmery.
- Travel friendly palette.

- Matte shades are chalky, has fall-out & not pigmented
- Eye shadows has poor color payoff.

- Pricey.

All in all, it's an okay-ish palette. It would have been more amazing only IF it was affordable enough or IF all the shades were pigmented with great color payoff.

Review - Christine's Face Contouring.

Hello pretty girls!

Today, finally I am going to review about Christine Face Contouring powder. You girls have been requesting it for so long, but I wanted to try it and go out for hours, so that I can actually talk about it.
Let's get started!
This is the packaging of the contouring powder. It is available at Naheed Supermarket for Rs.250/
It will be easily available at any cosmetic's store, because it it not a high-end brand.
This is how it looks like, it comes in different shades. At the back of the box, the sticker is of no.2, and at the back of the casing as you can see, it's no.1 :) Check the shade you want. I picked another one which had too dark brown shades. This one was the lightest. You can use this as a bronzer as well. I hardly use bronze because I look dark. But, for some reason, I am obsessed with bronzers these days and I want to try them from different brands. This is the first one I have and I kind of like it, as it is not too dark for me.

About the product:

[Review] Krylon TV Paint Stick - Orange

Makeup not only enhances your features, but also hides your flaws too!
Hiding my dark circles and finding the RIGHT concealer for the under eye circles has always been a BIG task for me. I have tried quite a few concealers, from different brands; none of them matched or could hide my dark circles properly. Until I came across orange corrector by Krylon.
