L'Oreal Paris - Miss Manga Mascara [Review]

I am not a VERY mascara person, but I do like using it on and off. Who doesn't like BIG volumised lashes, without using fake lashes? If a mascara is promising enough to skip the fake lashes, why not skip it? I will, ANY DAY!
L'Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara
L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara Description:Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara creates mega volume on top and bottom lashes with ultimate hold. Our exclusive formula, made up of enlarging collagen spheres works perfectly in conjunction with the 360° flexible cone shaped brush to amplify upper lashes and reveal lower lashes. The exclusive formula also contains a trilogy of polymers for absolute hold and staying power.

How to Use

- Place the brush horizontally at the base of the lashes.- Make zigzag movements from root to tip.- Capture the lower lashes with the conical tip of the brush.

After application of Miss Manga Mascara
My experience:
Starting with the packaging, it has a pink metallic color cap to give it a girly definition. Named after Manga girls, it had to be something fun in packaging. The applicator is a tapered brush tip, with a flexible (read:flimsy) wand - which makes application a little difficult in the beginning, when you move from a sturdy wand. Gets better after getting used to it. The applicator is decent enough to comb the lashes from the roots till the tip, while separating each lash without clumping them. Tapered brush helps to apply mascara on the lower lashes easier, for wide BIG eyes.

Moving on to the product, with the name Miss Manga - does it makes eyes look BIG like Japanese Manga dolls? Well, I'd say to an extent, YES! I was amazed to see the result, and my lashes after just one coat. I am more than happy with just one coat. It lengthens and gives volume to the lashes (as you can see in the above pictures, I forgot to apply on my bottom lashes because I usually don't). It makes it even better, because it dries quickly, doesn't smudge and comes off very easily. The formula is just perfect, however you would want to wipe the product from the top of the applicator before application.

It's not a waterproof mascara, which I don't mind - actually I prefer non-waterproof. Waterproof mascaras irritate my eyes. Nonetheless, it stays put all day long (unless you wash your face). They definitely were not joking when they named it "Miss Manga" and said it will make the eyes look BIG like Manga dolls. I have to say without bragging, this is by far my favorite mascara I have used. I would definitely recommend it! I've been using it for almost a month, and I couldn't find any cons apart from the wand, which was in the beginning. For some it might be price tag, but for what the product is offering, I think it is worth buying it.

L'Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara is available in all the leading supermarkets with L'Oreal Kiosk and online on Beauty Arena for PKR 1500.

Did you try the new Miss Manga Masacara yet? What's your take on it?

Review - Christine's Face Contouring.

Hello pretty girls!

Today, finally I am going to review about Christine Face Contouring powder. You girls have been requesting it for so long, but I wanted to try it and go out for hours, so that I can actually talk about it.
Let's get started!
This is the packaging of the contouring powder. It is available at Naheed Supermarket for Rs.250/
It will be easily available at any cosmetic's store, because it it not a high-end brand.
This is how it looks like, it comes in different shades. At the back of the box, the sticker is of no.2, and at the back of the casing as you can see, it's no.1 :) Check the shade you want. I picked another one which had too dark brown shades. This one was the lightest. You can use this as a bronzer as well. I hardly use bronze because I look dark. But, for some reason, I am obsessed with bronzers these days and I want to try them from different brands. This is the first one I have and I kind of like it, as it is not too dark for me.

About the product:

L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Caramel Mania - Toffee Delice [Review]

I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.
