BH Cosmetics Lip Gloss [Review+Swatches]

When you hear about BH Cosmetics, you usually think of eye-shadow palettes (mostly). That is what comes to my mind. What comes to your mind? To be honest, I didn't know they had lip glosses too, until they were sent to me by BH Cosmetics. They were launched in December 2011.

BH Cosmetics:
A collection of highly pigmented lip glosses in various colors that build creamy and shiny lips. The non-sticky, light weight formula with an easy-to-use brush is the ideal form of gloss that effortlessly creates head-turning lips.
My Experience:
I was really excited to try these lip glosses. I thought, they would be like other lip glosses which are sheer and sparkly; most of them are. All the lip glosses I have, are mostly sheer. But, these lip glosses are not, they are almost full coverage (not as much as lipstick). Yes! You don't need a lipstick under them. They are extremely pigmented; with tiny colorful specks/glitter in them (the ones I have). I am really impressed with the formula of these glosses, they are not sticky at all. The gloss have a very mild sweet scent, and has a subtle sweet taste too. The packaging is very sturdy. It has brush applicator, which makes the application very easy. It stays put for a good two hours, even if you are a lipstick eater. I am, and on my lips, it did stayed for two hours. Usually glosses do not stay that long. Now when you go out, you don't have to carry a lip gloss and a lipstick. BH Cosmetics lip gloss is all you need. These lip glosses come in 10 beautiful shades .
The two glosses I received are:
1. 80's Diva.
2. Girls Night Out.
80's DIVA is a beautiful bright hot pink/magenta color, with subtle colored shimmer in it. On lips, the shimmer looks more pink. It is my favorite color between both of them. I was actually looking for this color and I am glad I received this one. As it has subtle shimmer, it can be hardly seen when applied, but it makes your lips shiny and sparkly.
GIRLS NIGHT OUT is a dark brownish-maroon color. It too has colorful shimmer in it. For me, it is a bit too dark as I don't wear shades of browns or maroons. But, it is a very pretty color, especially for wheat-ish and darker skin tones. I will definitely wear it, but will use a very tiny amount.

Girls Night Out
You can see the sparkles in the swatch of both the colors, and also the pigmentation. I really love these glosses, and I might get some more colors too. They come with a price tag of $5.95, which is quite affordable. BH Cosmetics is having 45% off on their limited products, which includes these glosses too. For now, they are for $3.27, which is very affordable and for the product with amazing pigmentation and quality; it is worth buying.

  • Pigmented.
  • Lasting power.
  • You don't need a lipstick.
  • Easy application
  • Not sticky.
Cons? Seriously, I didn't find any cons. Yes, some products do have cons, but if I will say it is not available in Pakistan, just because I have to write it down in a 'cons' section, will not do justice; as everyone in Pakistan can get it very easily now. Also, BH Cosmetics are always having some kind of sales. You can always check-in.
I will definitely recommend this lip gloss. It is worth buying and worth to have in your makeup collection and in everyday makeup bag.
You can find BH Cosmetics on Facebook
Do you own this lip gloss? If yes, share your experience! Will you buy this gloss?

Glamourous Face 48+48 Eye shadow Palette [Review]

The wedding season is on, some of you might be looking for good products to buy for yourself for your own wedding or for yourself to get ready for someone else's wedding. It is really hard to find good quality eyeshadows with affordable price. All this year I kept looking for a good eye shadow palette, but was unable to find one. I ended up buying single eye shadows.

Finally, I came to know about this palette through a blogger [Sara Hassan] who did a review about it on her blog. Seriously, after reading the reviews I was so excited to buy it. Thanks to her for sharing. I wouldn't have bought it if I would have seen it before the review.

So, without wasting the time, let me introduce you to my favourite palette :)
I am in love with this palette. It has all you need. I was looking for so many colours which I found in it. I am really excited to have this palette, and it is my first ever BIG palette. Colours like carbon black, warm browns, pinks, greens are the ones I love the mos…

L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Caramel Mania - Toffee Delice [Review]

I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.
