Review - Olive Handmade Cosmetics - Almond Joy

Hey girls!

After reading reviews about OLIVE HANDMADE Cosmetics Soaps, I couldn't wait to try them. I wanted to try atleast one of the soap and it was on TOP of my list. Since I got to know about LUSH, I was a huge fan of LUSH products and I am still. I will try them one day. But, they are not available in Pakistan. Which is sad :(. After I got to know about OLIVE Handmade Cosmetics, it felt like LUSH is in my country :) Ofcourse, it is not! But, for US who cannot get hold of LUSH products, now Olive handmade soaps are here. Thanks to OLIVE Handmade, for introducing natural soaps.

With real almond powder, this bar is sure to scrub your skin squeaky clean. And the real honey in it will help to further soften and moisturize your precious skin.

For Normal / Dry Skin

Ingredients
Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Prunus Dulcis (Almond) Powder, Mel (Honey), Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Fragrance Oil.

Worth Rs.160/
OLIVE Handmade soaps have a nice collection of soaps, shower gels, scrubs, massage oils. I was confused on what to try, when I came across ALMOND JOY. I love the combination of almonds and honey. I got this soap from Naheed Supermarket, but you can also get it from Neco's Natural Cafe, Object (Park Towers), Agha's and Solo (Karachi). If you are from Lahore, you can get it at Source, Y block, DHA.
Doesn't it look like a CHOCOLATE bar? :D Swiss swirl chocolate :D But, it's not!:D It smells like a soap, but when you use it in the bath, it kind of smells sweet, a mixture of honey and almond. But, the smell is not that powerful like any other beauty soaps or shower gels. It has pieces of almonds, which scrubs your body. Like any other scrub soaps, you will not feel the pieces of almond scratching (scrubbing) the body. I have used one Chinese scrub soap, which had tiny particles which scratched my body. What I like about his soap is, it has smooth pieces of almond, which scrubs softly, leaving your skin soft. Honey makes the skin soft. After the first wash, I really felt the difference. You can see more pieces of almonds inside. The pieces are not just on the top. It moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft. I think it is best for Winters too. But, we also need some moisture in Summers as well.

Make sure you keep it in a dry place, because it melts very quickly in the shower. So, if you will keep somewhere near shower or place where water stays, it will melt without using it.

Pros:
* Natural and handmade.
* Really does what it says.
* Scrubs the skin without damaging it.
* Doesn't dry out the skin.

Cons:
* Pricey.
* Melts very quickly.

I LOVE this soap and I will buy it in future too. They are pricey, but I think they are worth trying. There is something for everyone. I will buy some more next time.

Have you tried this soap? Or any other soap from the OLIVE collection? Or any other product from their collection? Please share with US! :)

xoxo

Review - Christine's Face Contouring.

Hello pretty girls!

Today, finally I am going to review about Christine Face Contouring powder. You girls have been requesting it for so long, but I wanted to try it and go out for hours, so that I can actually talk about it.
Let's get started!
This is the packaging of the contouring powder. It is available at Naheed Supermarket for Rs.250/
It will be easily available at any cosmetic's store, because it it not a high-end brand.
This is how it looks like, it comes in different shades. At the back of the box, the sticker is of no.2, and at the back of the casing as you can see, it's no.1 :) Check the shade you want. I picked another one which had too dark brown shades. This one was the lightest. You can use this as a bronzer as well. I hardly use bronze because I look dark. But, for some reason, I am obsessed with bronzers these days and I want to try them from different brands. This is the first one I have and I kind of like it, as it is not too dark for me.

About the product:

[Review] Krylon TV Paint Stick - Orange

Makeup not only enhances your features, but also hides your flaws too!
Hiding my dark circles and finding the RIGHT concealer for the under eye circles has always been a BIG task for me. I have tried quite a few concealers, from different brands; none of them matched or could hide my dark circles properly. Until I came across orange corrector by Krylon.

L'Oreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss Caramel Mania - Toffee Delice [Review]

I'm a person who loves experimenting things with my makeup and hair. When it comes to changing the color, I can try the bold colors to subtle ones. Lately, I've been obsessed with Ombre and full brown hair color. I prefer hair dying my hair at home and that's why I love and prefer shampoo dyes. If you are new, and you are changing hair color at home, it's the easiest way. All you have to do is mix all the contents in a bottle, shake well and start applying. Yes, easy as it sounds.
